So youre saying they are already re-releasing previous holiday events and re-releasing previous holiday cosmetics? So why are we even having this discussion if that is the case.

Yes nothing from TH/MTX should be considered discontinued. Nothing new there.

Just wanted to point out that you can't hi-alch them anymore, or at all for that matter.
And my argument stands firm, you can still purchase these fun little holiday items from other players, and if you don't want to chuck up the price for them, you clearly don't care enough about them.

Party Hats are no different from these Squirrel Ears I'm wearing in my PFP. Silly little holiday items just meant to exist for fun. They should be made untradable, and be rereleased through holiday events on a semi regular basis. I don't know why people are so oblivious to this. They are items for FUN. Not items for MONEY. Jagex has already stated (I think it was on a livestream, but i could be mistaken) that they have no intention on changing how tradeble rare holiday items works as they are purely cosmetic, so there is that.

Fun is subjective, what you perceive as fun might not be viewed as fun for someone else.

For alot of players, these items are endgame goals.

Nostalgia has a value thus losing that doesnt sit well with most untradeable owners hence why they're best left not returning.

If you want holiday items that return every year, thats what osrs is for.

Exactly.

So lets not ruin other ppl's "fun" just because you want things a certain way.

Its best to just deal with the fact that these have little chance of ever returning.
