Could we get a churn, loom, and spinning wheel added to the fort? Maybe also an allotment and one of each of the types of farming plots? We have to feed all those guards now...
Also a kiln and pottery wheel, please?

I'm a fan of all of those, support. And if we run out of space, add floors to existing buildings.
I was thinking the allotment could be between the kitchen and church. A small 3x2 or 4x2?

Like Jeremy said, I would recommend adding underground areas. I'm honestly not a big fan of the fort, but it seems pretty nice; I might someday.
Just one more burial set.
We still have 1? more building to go before they are done with the initial plan. So no telling what they will add.
- basement to Guard House, add in the Slayer trophies (crawling hand corpse, abyssal demon head, KQ/KBD heads) just as a place to mount them all at one time. just use existing construction methods for it.
- move/copy statues for the shattered hearts activity to the fort .. maybe even near the entrances
- add a demonic + eagle lectern to the area for making tablets
- d&d portal access (think like the beach event and priff max guild) .... player has 1-2 portals they can attune to a certain D&D they can go to. portals ofc can only be used a certain number of times per day
