I like the idea even if I don't think it is necessary, as there are other ways to do it.
However, if it doesn't take the developers long to implement, and it doesn't interfere with anything else, I'm for it.
Narangren Tirthallion, sword-for-hire, at your service.
Support!. i think they could make a simple ability for it or an emote to face another player. but it could bug if 3 players do it on each other at the same time.
trusting certain pc lists or prices of items or websites that dont belong to jagex will get you into trouble notice: external websites and trades are your responsibility, dont get fooled!.
There is a simple way to turn to face someone. First, walk away from that person, to a point in the direction away from that person opposite the direction in which you want to be facing. Then walk from that point to a suitable point adjacent to your friend.

I think that there is at least one obstacle to adding this feature to the game. One has to add something to the interface.
However, merely adding another right-click option to other players to turn to face them is not an issue; just if there was to be some way to turn to an arbitrary angle while standing still. That would require a new control in the interface, taking up screen space and so on.

I like this idea, but not as a right click option. That'd feel kind of cluttered to me. I'd rather it be a hidden feature, like hold alt+click on any tile or entity (player, sign, etc.) to face it.
I love this idea, as said before the only way you can get past this is to "dance" with the player, I think this is a great thing to add, increasing the immersion for people that are big on roleplaying as well
If released, this option should have an enable/disable function under gameplay settings. This way the people that don't care about this, do not have to deal with an additional option when right clicking on a whole bunch of people.
