If you have a completed log on a boss, you should be able to toggle off the option for it to come up on reaper task if choose to, similar to daily challenges and how you can toggle off challenges in skills you are 99 in. This would give people a reason to go back and actually do boss content that is outdated and give a reason to complete the boss log.
