The reason to go into the runespan is because it's a faster way of gaining RC experience. But with the relic that we have at a low Arc level makes the points in the Runespan no longer too useful. One way that we can go about it is have it cost more points for the Massive Pouch seeing as it can now be nondegradable, and perhaps if we are going to make it that way where it costs more points to obtain, maybe we can make it so it can be repaired like all the other pouches, and when you lose it, you get it in the same place as the other pouches, with maybe a lower RuneSpan points cost &/or a gp cost.
That said, the Focused Siphoning improves getting Runespan Points, but once you have a Massive Pouch, you really have no reason to be there. So the Focused Siphoning loses it's purpose along with the runespan.
Now my suggestion is to give the Focused Siphoning a purpose apart from the Runespan.
It can work like other Auras and initially the lowest 2% chance of making a % more of runes
from the aura, now I haven't considered whether it is best that it does a higher % chance as well as a higher % yield, so if it would be a 2 % chance for 2% more runes, 4% for 4% more runes with the next tiers of aura 6, 8, and 10.
If I'm not mistaken the Quarry Master used to go up to 15% with the highest aura, but with the Mining rework it does 10% chance of a critical swing. Because it was thought to be too high to give it 15%, I think it would be seen as the same for the Focused Siphoning aura, 15% being too high, which is why I proposed increments of 2% increasingly as you go up the tiers. So the highest tier being 10% chance of doing 10% more runes. I don't think this would be op to do, and it would give the aura a use outside of the Runespan.
This could work with the multiple runes as well.
