I support this, but honestly am i the only person on RuneScape who doesn't have an bank space issues? :/

I will venture to guess that very few folks even know or remember the Wise Old Man's role in helping folks with their banks. As this thread shows there are some that do but it is likely a foggy memory from their early F2P days.
Chances are if any member seeks this advice from the WOM he will tell you that you no longer may need your "excalibur" sword (if you still happen to have it hanging around).
Since he only looks a F2P or nonmember items this suggested Bank Adviser could be a members benefit as its the members that would most greatly benefit from it.
