Jagex has already stated it will take too much time and effort for P2P Quests, considering there are much more of them with many more Quest Items.

The only thing you can store in your POH is costumes they tell you, and books. If you really want to add books to your POH, get them all, use them on bookcase, those that don't go in...just drop.

Not sure how that is useful. 9 times out of 10, armour and weapons will be listed.

This runner could be hired through the Bank Adviser.
Or just Teleport to Varrock, use a Gnome Tree, or a Fairy Ring.
All of which are easy to get to with just 1 Achievement Diary from Varrock and Ardougne.

People usually just get multiples of these items for placeholders (myself included), and could get most of those items from a POH as it is.

I sure do.

Costumes and books and that's all? Sounds like you could use this yourself.
How about all those Mage robes, all sorts of armor, all your treasure trails rewards, quest items, toys, and lots more.

The point here is that if you are trying to get rid of some stuff and raise money the 10 most valuable could alert you to some possibilities that you might have missed. The 10 least valuable would be an even better tool as it would really help clear your bank of the items of little value that are just taking up space.

You are missing the point of the GE runner entirely.

Again, this is just another tool to help you with your full bank and helping folks decide what to get rid of in order to create more bank space. Knowing all the banked items I have that I can purchase at any time form a store would certainly assist me in my choices.

Of course all the things I have listed here can be done through research but that takes time and time I personally don't want to spend when I could be doing something much more fun (the reason we play, right?).
Most successful inventions have one thing in common, they make a difficult job easier. That is the point of this suggestion.
