2023 Christmas event it would be really kind of jagex to release a christmas elf costume along with the black party hat?! a elf hat a elf top a elf robe or pants? no seriously the black party hat not everyone is going to get one

It looks like there might be a purple santa and new version of christmas scythe (with light on it). There's got to be something special for treasure hunter, since black p-hat isn't earnt there.

If they bring back old cosmetics, I hope they alter them a tiny bit. My santa beard for example, they could re-release that but styled a little bit differently. That'd be cool. Bob says:
