Changing names is a very bad system!
I simply suggest removing the possibility of changing the name or making it very expensive (ex: 1st time = 1 bon, 2nd time = 2 bon, 3rd time = 3 bon... e.t.c.).
I also suggest the creation of a list in which we could search for the name of a player to know all the old names and all the other accounts which would be associated with the same players.
It's good for people who really want to change their name because they don't really like it.
But on the other side, there are all the toxic players who take advantage of it...
They annoy other players and when their names are well know, hop!!
They change their name and they are quiet.
The principle of an MMO game is to play in a persistent world where reputation has an important place.
