I think rares are such a problem that they should be given every year because you have to wait a year to cycle and it's enough stress and if they where worth a login then they should be worth from an average price of 10 - 30 million gold pieces for each item because it only happens once a year and it's choice to sell or to be kept. It would be retainable because players can have a advantage every year on the holidays. I think easter eggs and Halloween pumpkins should not be eatable but can be put up as house(construction) decorations even other holiday items.
