Bedsheet as an outfit

Can we please be able to make both versions of the Bedsheet from the Ghost's Ahoy quest as a wardrobe item and be able to keepsake key it? Id love to wear it outside of the City of Um and Port Phasmatys or have a similar looking item in RS3.

I noticed that OSRS has the Spooky outfit that has you use it on the Ectofuntus similar to the Bedsheet to make the Spookier outfit and I would love to have that in RS3

This could be a fun (low budget!) Halloween outfit for RS3, similar to the OSRS version.
