With construction, you have the ability to store various cosmetics, armors, rewards, etc. Which having those is nice to a degree as it helps with clutter, but You can only store certain things, not to mention needing to have the entire set. One example in my case: the Diviner's outfit. Originally a Treasure Hunter reward, but now only obtainable by doing minigames. 1. Most of the minigames are boring 2. The point payouts are abysmal, especially for skill outfits that either have better equivalents (Elder Divination Outfit in this case), or outfits that may not have better versions (to my knowledge: herbalist, being an example). Yes, you can destroy them, retrieve them from Diango, some free, some not free unless there was a change I missed, but that is just a lazy solution to this imo. We have the construction skill, let us build other storage units in the house that will allow us to store these extra outfits, either as a whole set if you have it, or individually until you have the full set. One of the biggest outfits taking up a few spaces is the Dungeoneering set. So many pieces of each type, but no complete part to combine them all. Same goes with certain quest rewards/components. While the phoenix c'bow is pointless outside of the quest, I would still like to keep it as a souvenir, but not have my bank cluttered. Similar lazy solution: May's Caravan chest. I can see having both that and Diango as a "storage" for certain things, it shouldn't be for a majority of unique things.
Tl;dr: want more storage for unique types of items
