It's clear that the new Hero Pass update is not resonating with players. It's not helping our fellow players feel like a "hero".
My content suggestion is for you to recall this update , and bring back daily challenges.
I'm sure this is something you've already considered -- go back to the drawing board, and cook up something even more heroic!
