The only thing stopping them from launching their "Walleye Project"? A lack of fuel capable of launching the fireworks far enough to escape Zanaris's orbit and into Gielinor's, without going too far and causing the Scrying Orbs to enter Gielinor's atmosphere. But we will discover that KGP scientists on the base are close to perfecting a blend of gunpowder, divine energy from Gielinor, and gas from rotten fish that will be sufficient for their purposes.
Using the Penguin Suit, we will then go undercover, "eliminate" a rookie Penguin scientist by feeding them a poisoned fish that will have laxative-like effects and put him out of commission for a long while, and take his place on the team, where we will proceed, after further hijinks, to help them create the fuel; but only so that we can get close enough to the fireworks to tamper with their detonation mechanisms by smuggling in some super-explosive Chinchompas from a previous failed KGP fuel experiment to eat the wiring, causing the fireworks to explode prematurely during the launch sequence and take out the entire base (after we, the Fairies, and the PBJ/SEALs have teleported back to safety.
Sure enough, we will succeed; the moonbase will be reduced to a giant crater, unsuitable for any future construction, and the Penguins' operation will be a complete failure.
