Double the current limit of ten 001-006 Agents per week to 20. Would be 40 with a weekly D&D reset token.

Mainly recommending this just for fun. I usually cap twice on 00 penguins within 48 hours of weekly reset. Once they know you've capped they just waddle around taunting you. They would make a great pizza topping if I could get at them.

I recommend making each 00 only worth 1 penguin point. Down from the current value of 2. Otherwise you're looking at a fair amount of extra lamps just from passively spying pengs. RS3's xp rates are fine where they're at.

This would make completing the easy clue log via penguins more viable. A positive for grinding clues in my opinion.
