A series of 1 time Rituals that allow your Skull Lantern to act as the Slayer Gear Offhand OR to act as 1 time Permanent effects regardless of combat style.

Note: Slayer helm already covers a number of protections. Toolbelt already has effects for things like fungicidal spray, ice cubes for desert lizards, rocksalt. rockhammer also covered by slayer effect.

Necromancy And Slayer Level 33: Bug Lantern
Input: Several Bug Lanterns (lit or unlit) and must have 1 Skull Lantern
Output: Effect of Bug Lantern is now imbued into the Skull Lantern

Necromancy And Slayer Level 20: Mirror Shield
Input: Mirror Shield and Skull Lantern
Output: Effect of Mirror Shield is now available while wielding a Skull Lantern
Protection form Cockatrice and Basilisks

Necromancy And Slayer Level 37: Insulation
Input: Insulated Boots and Skull Lantern
Output: Effect of Insulated Boots is now available while wielding a Skull Lantern
Protection from Killerwatts

Necromancy And Slayer Level 35: Witchwood Icon
Input: Witchwood and Skull Lantern
Output: Effect of Witchwood is now available while wielding a Skull Lantern
Protection from Horros

Once you reach an appropriate Slayer and Necromancy Level, Malignus will mention he has been doing research around Um. Either finding an old Journal or a Slayer who happened to be a Necromancer, Malignus learned a few tricks to turn the Skull Lantern into having some of the effects of some of the various pieces of Slayer Gear.

Malignus did run it by Death.Harold first, and Death was ok with the Rituals/knowledge.

Since he himself doesn't often engage these sorts of creatures, he offers to teach you how to perform the rituals.

Sure someone will do the obligatory antifre pot.

But it is up to the devs and I'm ok with the suggestion.

It's just the intent of the others was slayer level = required Necromancy level. The dfs is level 7p or 75 for a shield but 1 for the dragon. I'd imagine it would be the level of the shield OR the level for skeletal wyvers as the dfs also protects against that
