i would love to see more use for vecna skulls,

make it into jewellery, vecna necklace since we already have the hazelmere signet ring on the super rare drop table, this could be the first necromancy necklace, with a special passive.

Vecna Unleashed,

the area will be a mine field spawning skulls around yourself, withtin 3 seconds these skulls explode dealing 10% of your total health, giving you a buff of 7% damage and accuracy over 5 seconds, this effect will occur every 30 seconds.
