Concept is a combination of the Demonic and Eagle Lecterns (taking a page from OSRS Marble Lectern)
This lectern lets you make ALL tablet types.

Lectern could have a chance to save a rune when making a tablet OR make an extra tablet.

Suggest to use Magic Planks for the construction.
