So, while I was casually running bloods as I usually seem to be doing these days, I thought "Why don't we have thread luck enhancers?" and then thought about the garbage we get 97.3% of the time (unless cash is what you're after) from the reward sacks. Let's maybe make this a thing since threads are obnoxious to farm as it is? Especially since we have the new multipliers while runecrafting, we get the runes we need a lot faster these days compared to how long it takes to get pouches made.

This is all coming from an Ironman perspective, not in terms of money makers on the mainscape side.
