To clarify:

You have your own 'world' you are playing in. But upon boarding to Void Knight Outpost, Castle Wars, Barbarian Assault or any content that REQUIRES multiple people it should pool EVERYONE in that area into the same instance. Most minigames have a loading screen transition when entering the area that would be perfect opportunity to make this switch happen.
Leaving that instance would put you back into your previous world

This should make it much easier to find players looking to actually play a minigame, remove effectively dead servers and maybe breath some life into minigames portion of the game

Support. This would really help bring life to minigames and cabbage facepunch bonaza has this function as part of it as well, so this would bring other minigames in line.
