Some items like the sous chef's toque just don't look as good and I'd rather remove it, use a keepsake on the normal one and then upgrade with the keepsake cosmetic to make it look nicer and still have the "bonus". An Scandinavian who wants to stay true to traditions. So sorry if I get a bit offended by it.
