Why is it that everything gets closed? Instead of improving/updating rsc, funorb especially arcanists you simply close it. Now the forums are getting closed...
It wouldn't surprise me to see rs3 or osrs closed as well. Instead of deleting the problem it's better to use the problem to your advantage. To improve it; it's like lifting weights. You break down the muscle by lifting weights and then you rebuild it after eating and sleeping, drinking enough water.
Why close things which people worked hard for? I'm pretty sure rsc could've been really big if it had proper updates. Arcanists could've been really big if they kept updating it.
I mean look at osrs. The fury ornament has been the wrong character model for years and nothing is being done to make it normal big, broad, beautiful model like from rs2...
Little details such as these tell me how much effort is beign put into the game. Trust me it's not a lot. It's just a milk cow. Put a bunch of nonsense together, have a bunch of character models/animations which are completely off/wrong, scribble some nonsense and let the public pay for it to play it. Once it stops making money they just close the game.
It would be way better to actually care about the games rather than just care about the money. I remember the gower brothers actually cared and the community looked like a whole but as runescape changes ownerships it just loses more and more of what used to make it amazing.
Today it's the forums, yesterday it was funorb, day before it was rsc, darkscape, chronicle, tomorrow it will be rs3 or osrs which will be closing. They don't care about us. All they care about is money. I don't like what runescape has become... How difficult would it be to have a server of rsc running? How difficult is it to run arcanists? There are so many servers of these games and modders out there. Why not add them to the team? You did it with osrs. Why not do it with funorb and rsc?
