Jagex Twitter support sent me to the forum, so Im not entirely sure what for, will posting here help solve my problem?
Today when I went to collect the Maw in Priff, it wouldnt let me, as my levels are not 95 or above, which is down to Necromancy, I dont have that level yet. Has anyone else noticed this? If this is the issue, I dont believe it is fair that I now dont have access to the Maw because a new skill has been bought in. I could access this before, and as it is part of the achievements system, its feels unfair to those that may have been working towards that.

Basically this.

Originally it required an average of 95 levels over your skills (so a level 96 could compensate for a 94 for instance), but they enforced 95 levels for all skills at some point following the release of Invention. Improvements: Tooltip / (F2P) QoL v2
