I feel Tavia's fishing rod should proc more. It would encourage more people to fish together, therefore allowing it to become a more social experience like divination turned into.

Support. But what is the actual proc chance? The wiki doesn't say what the specific proc chance for the buff is. Wiki says "small chance" not what the % is.
