My suggestion is that this is made more efficient. Because you are paying most of what it costs to buy the jewelry, for example you can buy uncharged jewelry for 2/3s of what they're worth before charging them to make them teleport compacted to make them into that.
I'm suggesting that you make the charges go into the teleportation compacted jewelry without taking the jewelry with it, this would make this benefit much more useful and make it worth doing over having a lot of rechargeable jewelry, otherwise you are spending 2/3rds of the cost to have 1/3rd of the benefit, so what you see is a number, that has no meaning to it. Because you're paying more for something when having a preset you wouldn't notice the difference anyways.
You'd still have to have the maximum amount of rechargeable jewelry to make it more efficient and you would have to recharge them to use them again, but then this would actually be a beneficial feature and not a superficial feature that you're using the same piece of jewelry every time, instead of using a different piece of jewelry with less charges while you're paying more than you would to use it.
