On 15 September 2023, I used a Major Reset to reset my HP and Prayer levels. As a result of this reset, i've lost my "Defeater" title. I have worked hard to earn this in-game reward. I still have a Vorago Hard Mode kill to my credit, as evidenced by the image i've attached to this post. This signifies that I have and STILL met the requirement to obtain the "Defeater" title. I am still perplexed as to how it could have occured, given that i clearly fulfill the necessary conditions to maintain this title as of today. I hope you can understand my perspective as a dedicated player, and I urge Jagex to reconsider decisions like these in the future as I have invested a considerable amount of time and effort into obtaining this title. It's inconsistent and incoherent, leaving players like me feeling puzzled and disappointed.
