When this relic is being harnessed you get a whole bank tab just for buying things.
How it would work is, you'd put the items you want to buy, you'd set how many you want
and any time a free slot opens up in the GE it would put an order for the max amount if requesting over max amount, or however much you want of an item. So this bank tab is about setting goals for merchanting and they automatically put orders into the GE until all the needs are met. Another use for this would be, if an item gets lower than you would want it puts in an order to get to the amount you do want, and it wouldn't buy unless it falls below the amount minimum you set in order to buy and not fall below that minimum.
This is a solution to people requesting more GE slots, with this relic you wouldn't need more GE slots because it would make good use of the ones we have. A whole bank tab of setting GE orders so you don't have to make a list or anything for the items you want to buy, because this would all function on it's own after your initial setup.
