Through unlocking with invention or purchasing the blueprint from a shop, it'd be nice to augment these. I could so see a prosper and gathering perk used in these situations, for even MOAR CLUE SCROLLS!

Support. I'd also add the Orthen Furnace core to that list, since that off-hand supports two skills with tools that gain item XP for doing them. (I'd like the Artificer's Measure to get the ability to augment it too, but since it lacks corresponding augmentable tools I imagine Jagex would say no)
