Yo,
Dad (with lots of all gender friends) and a daughter who has tons of all gender friends too.
Union man myself, whose Trade Union in UK has consultative committees for all ppl because we white middle aged blokes can't make decisions for you ppl out there nowadays (we made our consultative committees back in the 1990's before ppl even gave transgender etc a voice
It's been a battle we fought for years with management and companies to get to where we are now, but we got it eventually, and you are all in a better place now.
The fight goes on though, equal rights etc are still not totally agreed so we will keep fighting for you.
It will come. We will all get there together. Straight gay lesbian Trans etc ...
