Hello dear RuneScape maker. I've love your game since I was 10 years old. I am now 28. I've played your game so long. That my character is LVL 100. My total skills was plus 1500. I even master woodcutting to LVL 99. Since I cannot play anymore on my computer and tablet. I try old school RuneScape. I was very disepoint and frustrated. To restart with a new character LVL 1. I'm sure that others players feel the same way. Can you find a way to transfer are old character to old school RuneScape. I realize this is not what you want to hear, however, this is not something that can be "fixed".

While Old School RuneScape is based on a backup of the game files from 2007, it is a new and separate game that was released in 2013.

Everyone starts from scratch in OSRS. There were too many difference between the 2007 version of the game and where the game was in 2013 to allow for transfer of RuneScape (RS3) characters stats and wealth into Old School RuneScape (OSRS). Ten years later and that would be even more complicated. One of the attractions of OSRS is that everyone starting it is on a fresh character and it's economy is separate and unrelated to the RS3 economy.

You don't say why you can no longer play RuneScape on your computer or tablet. If it is for technical reasons, you may wish to post in the Community Led Technical Support Forum to get help with that.
