I think you have made a wrong turn off the main Forum highway.

This is the Compliments Forum, for "compliments" and kudos.

If you have a non-constructive "complaint", then you should use the Rants Forum , which is the next exit off the Forum List. However, I would suggest that before you post there, you read the Rants Rules & Guidelines sticky , which includes:
