I agree. The anniversary events were fun, and the minigame week in particular allowed me to unlock a few additional things. Regarding the Yak Track, I'm a little on the fence, although I do enjoy and welcome the new cosmetics and the break from regular game play.

The latest Prime pack is certainly welcome, and I'm pleased to see the new pets!

The regularity of game updates is one of the things that keeps me playing. :)

Not only have the updates been great, but RS3's 2021 has been off to a great start in terms of questing, a welcome departure from how quests have felt more like an afterthought the past few years. We've had two all-new permanent miniquests, a mystery got converted into a miniquest in Vault of Shadows, a temporary miniquest during The Grand Party, and they just announced on Twitter that we're getting a new permanent quest for Valentine's Day called "Heartstealer".

In just over a month, we've had almost as much new questing content as we had in the entire year of 2018, 2019 or 2020 (admittedly 2020 had the lore-heavy Archaeology skill so I'm willing to forgive having fewer quests that year, but the point stands). I know Jagex had said that quests were going to play a much bigger role this year, but I wasn't expecting them to put their money where their mouth is so quickly. Especially considering that they were on Christmas vacation for a couple of weeks only a month ago.

If 2020 felt like a return to form for RS3, 2021 is shaping up to be a huge step forward. Well done, Jagex!

I do agree with the questing aspect. At the moment, it feels like every week brings a new miniquest, which is definitely welcome. In recent years, we have found ourselves a little "quest-light", so it's good to see a return of questing content. I feel that Archaelogy was a step in the right direction, and I hope they can use the mechanic of mysteries, research and even some additional miniquests in the future, to allow us to explore other areas of the game and delve into the lore.

The Vault of Shadows was an interesting one, and perhaps a little confusing for some as it still exists as a mystery, but I would welcome additional Archaeology-related miniquests.

It's good to hear we'll be able to play through a new permanent quest soon!

And just like that, we have another quest on the horizon with Azzanadra's Quest confirmed for next week! Let that sink in for a second: We're officially going to have as much quest/subquest content in the first two months of 2021 than we had in the entirety of either 2018, 2019, or 2020 . Jagex has come out of the gate swinging this year, and I love it.
