It was very well thought out, the ice cube pet, as it's like a budget Glacor-pet. I'll bring it with me when I go hunting after the Frozen core, if I ever. I don't PvM but it was a nice substitute for those that even like the ice theme.
I'm thinking, for future yak track pets, it would be nice to follow the same sort-of guidelines, to produce these "budget" pets as substitutes for those that don't have the actual boss pets, if they can resemble in some fashion, the essence of those pets that we can't really PvM to get and yet still match sort of a color scheme or at least a theme matched up.
On the contrary, I've asked a clanmate what he thinks of the pet. He actually rated it 10/10 and so I asked him what he likes about it. He said, "Anything stupid". So, even the "bad ideas" that would make it into the game would be good in a sense.
I think it's important to have some flexibility in releasing pets or cosmetics. I'm thinking the most dumb things, like that large dragon head you can wear, might have made some people very happy. I personally, like the dragon head but I think it should be slightly smaller. The frost dragon mask from clue scrolls is great for this if I add the dragon hair with it, as it makes the mask stand out a bit more, but overall, well done on the pet.
