I came back after long break, but playing other MMO's allowed me to keep an open mid about EOC.

It has come along way from the last time I tried it in 2014 I enjoy it now the customisation allows a lot of expression and changes to meet different situations.

You need to go to Hans in the castle grounds in Lumbridge.

I am not sure how much the 15 year cape costs. Its been a while since
i purchased mine.
