I would just like to thank @Tuffty , @Skod River and @Mod Stevew !!

After having my account hijacked a week ago today, I finally got the appeal response. I had been denied but after creating a forum post and explaining my situation, @Mod Stevew came to save the day...

Mistakes happen I get it, and I'm just happy this got resolved.

@Tuffty & @Skod River , I'm sorry for hurdling snide remarks and being a total .............. , I knew you could both understand my frustration but I was lost in the abyss... Thank you for all your support to not only me but the community. You 2 really are great people with lots of advice & knowledge....

If anyone else is reading this who has lost an account due to an offence that you didn't commit. Try to be patient and seriously listen to all 3 of these great people. We all get it, you're frustrated but they are only trying to help.

My only advice is to keep your account & PC secure. I fell for a phishing site and if I would have had 2FA enabled before hand, non of this would have happened. So make sure your account is protected with any means possible. Also try and broaden your knowledge of phishing sites, I'm usually very good with them but this time got tricked, It really has been a lesson to me and a big kick up the back side.

Once again, Thank You so much for all your help and putting up with me ranting!

Edit : I was using the account 'DoSayAWord' to post on here whilst this account was banned.

I know you didn't mean anything bad about it (has been there and done that) , as Tuffty said did you do what we all would do "if we really are inocent".

CS team are really doing a good job , it is those guys there really need a huge ty , Not often we see those guys posting , but we do know they are lurking and pop by when it is needed.

Today on the web , is SECURITY really very importen ;)
