Yak trak is the right direction it's clear MTX isn't going away. But moving away from no work cash gambling is the right direction.
I really don't see why you guys don't copy like ESOs model. Where they don't have a treasure hunter equivalent. They do have a cosmetic cash shop like solomon's though and you get the equivalent to ruin coins every month with your sub. They get the gambling aspect from cosmetic boxes. So it would basically be remove treasure hunter that everyone hates. Rewards the members you have by giving them access to stuff they might not normally buy still and allows the whales to gamble for exclusive cosmetics if they really feel like it.
