Dear Jagex,
Thank you for your continuous improvement to the game we play and love.
Although it is safe to say that not every players agrees on every single update made, but to see that you guys put in the efforts to provide us with the absolute best content possible, means a lot to us.
We lost Pking in 2018 due to the battle against real world traders (understandable), but inspite of that, you listened to the fans and brought it back.
EoC didn't sit in well with everyone, but you listened to your fans and brought Old School Runescape to us, which is doing tremendously well.
You then upped the challenge by bringing in the Ironman mode and gave bonds to players who had an alternate way to pay for membership using in-game currency.
From my personal story, when I was in school, I never had the privelege of having my own debit or credit card. It was thanks to Bonds that I got my first membership and I'm incredibly grateful for you guys for that.
We have one the most beautiful audio tracks which speaks volumes as to how much effort is put into making them.
We have one of the best graphics I've seen in a game.
We have players ranging from casual to hardcore.
And lastly, we have one amazing JMod community, who listens to our suggestions and are super friendly towards us.
Runescape is a game that brings us out of the real world stress we face, where we can do the things we love.
I speak for all fans out there and we really love you guys and this game. Keep up the development, as we look for more bigger and better things to come
