It's even sadder when you report them in game and nothing happens because you guys simply do not do you're job you target and punish actual players while allowing mass game rule breaking it's so sad and pathetic honestly Future jaqex employee murderer

For instance they are in the hall rite this second breaking game rules along with hundreds of players. Yes I logged into day and reported them, problem is when I log in tomorrow it will be as iff nothing happened it's sad truly fix this shit

To answer yours concern. Yes reporting 'can be exhausting' but isn't an obligation. Jagex/JMods do not force you to go find players you are able to report. Far and foremost Jagex's wants you to play RuneScape and enjoy this game with friends and family.
I do know that there are negative elements in RuneScape trying to take this game down and exploit it for their own treacherous means.

If you wanna effectively do something about these elements than report them with high accuracy leaving emotions out off reports and make sure to do that consistently.
All of your reports, do not discuss them with others or get engaged in debates and do not target Jagex/JMods in your believes that they aren't doing anything.

Jagex/JMods do everything to check all reports about their validity/accuracy and start processing what these negtive elements are doing/how they do and what means they use. Jagex/JMods also have to look at damage and everything else that is happening. Charting these negative elements and their network, including how they can be tackled in real life meaning what justice can do against them, takes a lot of time and effort to stop them.
The winning move would be to find the core of RWT and have justice in real life to take them out forever.

MY advice to you all, do not engage with RWT even after reporting because that makes your efforts futile.
