Fort Forinthry has insanely amazing rewards!! The length required to build the Fort is quite an annoyance but besides that, this is one fantastic piece of content with some of the best rewards you could asks for, 9/10, thanks Jagex!!

Also if you meet the requirements you should get Tier 3 for everything, 100% worth it.
