Hey There,

I started my mmorpg journey over 15 years ago
Been playing many games including runescape

Came back to runescape because this game offers biggest quality / price ratio, also not forcing players to compete for resources which creates friendly atmosphere and fair challange to everyone.

I am looking forward for more content and old content refresh, so I can invite my friend from other games! Cheers

I, too, have played a fair number of MMOs over the years, yet RuneScape's the only one that has successfully kept me coming back for more than a few months. I'm sure nostalgia is a big part of it (RuneScape being one of my first big experiences on the Internet when I was a child), but I think it says a lot that, even as a player who has been maxed for over 2 years, I almost never feel like I'm running out of things to do. I've been back for almost 4 years (tl;dr: started in '06, first quit in '09, came back in '18), playing heavily most days, and I've still got plenty of loot to chase, achievements to conquer, and bosses to master. And even when there's nothing left for me to do on RS3, I imagine Old School and all of its unique content will suck me in with its siren call, too.

I can be hard on Jagex sometimes (you have to show some tough love when they make mistakes), but their talent when it comes to making worlds that you want to spend thousands of hours in is astounding. It really isn't much of a surprise that RuneScape is one of the few old MMOs that is still alive, let alone thriving, two decades after it first took the world by storm.

I have been playing on and off since 2006 or 2007? I cant remember which one. I do remember it was a week or 2 before easter and I got the easter ring. Anyways this is my first game I played on computer and i still play to this day. I know it must be hard to be jadex every day but there are some changes that always have rubbed me the wrong way. I get the authenticator and how it secures people's account but I lost my main account due to it. Jadex still hasnt helped me recover it. All in all im still playing even if there are times where i hate runescape.

One simply never quits Runescape, they just take a long break. - I, myself, recently came back to the game after been away for a very long time. My journey started back in 2007/2008 when my father introduced me and my brother to the game.

What a journey it has been. Glad to be back! Let the grinding begin. :D
Ooh, shiny things!
