Thank you Jagex, for answering my prayers on the Black Party Hat! It is boring seeing other players wearing the same old colored partyhats year after year and definitely makes me excited and look forward to the seasonal events more :) It definitely makes the seasons a little more special. Keep it up and hope you continue making new colored partyhats every year and reintroduce the existing ones back into the game.

and once they are evenly shared out yes it will be great... unlike the halloween event where some ppl got 6 halloween pumpkins masks and other ppl got 0 back to the wildy problem.. This area just pisses me off. Just watched some1 asking a player where they the one that attacked them in the wildy.. ofc the player is a small little **** sitting at a desk and ignores the player talking to him. They then go offline. brave little boys...
