My main was recently manually permanently muted by a moderator. My younger brother was using my account at the time as he's been at home with corona virus symptoms. He was trying to sell the dinosaurs he'd foolishly bought on my account but somehow was muted by a moderator.

I appealed it but instead of stating all of the above I just said I was sorry during the appeal rather than say he was on my account and the appeal was denied. I can't even find out what kind of rule he was breaking because there was no evidence. I've had my account for over 12 years and levelled to 127... now I won't be able to communicate ingame PERMANENTLY with anyone due to this :( If a moderator could please get in touch I'd be really grateful.

If it's a permanent mute, that will have been applied by a Jagex Mod )after checking it thoroughly).

If you've appealed, that's all you can do I'm afraid.
