Thank you teams of Runescape!
I've glad we have Mod Warden.
Ever since he join Jagex as Runescape Producer you can feel Runescape was heading in another direction.
I've notice the changes in the teams making them more direct on what they are doing, and you can feel that compared to the previous years when something is ready, and matured in its progress, only then will he mention the details on stream.
We have also had the Steam release this passed month which brought more players to the game.
The Teams of Runescape
Even with Covid-19 and quarantine going around the teams were able to shift to working remotely (which as a software developer I can relate) and not only that but to release a new skill as well (which required support from the developers, QAs and community managers) well-done.
I'd like to say thanks to the dev-ops teams making sure the updates go as plan & supporting all the servers keep on going!
As for the streams - a good word goes to the community team that keeps up updating us even remotely!
Moving forward
In my personal opinion I think the ship is going in the right direction.
