The lack of customer support from this game is frustrating.
Over a month ago, I got a ban on my ironman from RWT for buying in game scalings for CoX, which is within the game rules. I woke up to find my account and my split account both hit. I followed the game rules and now I am being punished for no reason.
My ironman IGN-Berated, was one of the first 3 ironmen to finish nightmare before phosanis came out, while paying people to boost by staying for the first phase. I paid 2m+ and splits at that time, which was a lot. I have played more than 500 days of playtime on this account, green logging so many different bosses/ activities.
I have tried to reach out via twitter, but I get a generic response that basically said we're not going to help you. I try to make a post on /2007scape and it gets deleted. I can't reach any real person who can help me get my account after being falsely banned.
The most frustrating thing is that I have heard about big gold sellers who only get temp bans, yet I have this, the first time my account is in trouble, get a perm ban. It's mind boggling.
