Mod Stevew has been excellent on the Community Led Account Help sub-forum. I understand that Jagex Moderators are not meant to be contacted through there, but Mod Stevew has always been around this sub-forum and he seems to appear whenever he's needed the most. Also, this isn't the first time that he resolves a rather strange and unfortunate issue for certain players. It's always soothing to see someone care and look after the community so much as Mod Stevew does.

I understand that Jagex Moderators are not meant to be contacted through there, but Mod Stevew has always been around this sub-forum and he seems to appear whenever he's needed the most.
