I just think it’s really unprofessional as a company to not allow users to convert their rs3 accounts back to osrs after spent so much time and effort achieving what we did…. It’s really not that hard Jagex… The reason a lot of people quit playing in the first place is because of the different version (rs3) which no one asked for and now we are punished for it because we wanted to come back and enjoy the game again after osrs was created. Me personally I logged in into the new version one day (years ago) and absolutely did not like it so I stopped playing RuneScape and that’s me leaving a respectful version of a comment of what I thought… I apologize if this complaint seems rude but seriously it should be an option I hope someone from Jagex actually reads this and makes the change because I had been away from playing RuneScape for awhile (because of the new version until I heard about osrs version coming back) and wanted to return but when I realized my account stats and items were nonretrieve-able I don’t think I will be returning unless this is reconciled. I feel like RuneScape is falling off the map because of the moves the company made back then and this doesn’t help with people that got wind of osrs coming back which I didn’t hear about for awhile after release which shows how unpopular it has become since and if it the team at Jagex would fix the issue I’m talking about it could bring back many players and we would all be happy with a revived thriving game and community <3
It’s really not that hard to convert my old stats and items from my account that switched to the new version of RuneScape which NoOne played and never liked nor asked for to the version of RuneScape which everyone plays (osrs). Are you kidding me Jagex some many people spent so much time for what…..
