Looks like a lot of people got bored of waiting and decided to dump their hoards in to GE. Not surprising to be honest. Be interesting to see how far they rise on release...
Usually its during the hype that the price spikes. Its not exactly a gamebreaker ring what comes to dps boost, only useful at the very highest level of bosses where these little niche stat differences matter over ring of death.
