I'm just spitballing here but they're bis gloves for dagannoth kings which are great gp per hour atm for such easy bosses as all 3 can be poisoned and seeing as how the rings the kings drop are consumed for the new rings coming out next Monday. Hope this helps.

So, they were originally meant to drop a few weeks back but were pushed back until this issue was sorted. They have said they intend to restart the updates from the 22nd, so people are putting 2 & 2 together and assuming this is when the new bosses drop as they'll just pick up where they left off.
