Considering that other rainbow items have been reintroduced recently and that there have been numerous other tokens reintroduced...I'd highly doubt it. Jagex has made it very clear that they don't want tokens to have high value and have stated in the past a plan to reintroduce these items in some manner in the future.

They may rise in the short term once the promotion is over. The title is consumed, so likely will affect supply and could drive up the price in the short-term. In the long-term, however, if rereleases are frequent, I wouldn't expect these to go too far.
