If you feel that the behavior of a specific player(s), while not specifically rule-breaking, is detrimental to the game, then the best thing to do is, as Raphtalia6 suggested, "to build a case". Continue to report abuse when it happens. If you have additional evidence that would help support those reports, you can send that to Jagex via the
[email protected]
email address.

This really isn't something that can be solved on the Forums and the Forums are not intended for discussing the behavior of specific players.

Several posts making accusations about others have been removed, as the forums may not be used for that. If rule breaking has occurred, that needs to be reported through the proper channels.
